General Costs

All inclusive cost for this trip will be approximately $3,500 – this is a floating cost as the land is fairly stable, the airfare is the unknown  (please see fundraiser)   The cost includes

Round trip flight

Land package

Local transportation via private buses / public transportation

Hotel accommodations.  Three team meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner

All scrimmages, games, tournament

All expenses covering one coach and partial for trip coordinator

Schedule for payments

$1000 per traveler due December 1st (non refundable)

$1500 per traveler due March 1st

Final payment due June 1st
